International Expectations of the Obama Administration

2009 Carnegie International Nonproliferation Conference Vladimir Orlov The start of the Obama administration offers new opportunities to bring the international community together around the cause of nonproliferation. Experts from China, Germany, the Russian Federation and the United Kingdom provided reactions to Obama's landmark speech in Prague and discussed ways to move forward with CTBT ratification and to make  progress on other international nonproliferation agreements.
